As I walked through the doors, I was immediately enveloped in a sense of warmth and tranquility. The rustic, hipster ambiance, complemented by soothing background music, invites you to pause and enjoy the moment. Customer Isabelle Algar captures this sentiment perfectly, describing the incredibly friendly staff and top-notch coffee that Coffee Circus serves. Her enthusiasm is echoed by patrons who admire both the rich flavors of their drinks and the thoughtful presentation.
One of the highlights of visiting Coffee Circus is their menu, which features not only exquisite coffee blends but also a range of delightful pastries. From well-balanced mochas to delightful cappuccinos, there's something for every coffee lover. For those looking to savor the finer touches, the French toast, highly praised by M M, is a must-try and a perfect representation of the attention to detail at this café.
Moreover, the décor beautifully integrates local artistry, giving the space character and a touch of personal connection. This is more than just a coffee shop; it’s a community hub. As customer Yiannis Chrysostomidis mentions, it’s about the overall experience and the friendly encounters that make you want to return time and again. It’s a place where you can disconnect from daily chaos, sip on a comforting beverage, and possibly lose yourself in a good book or casual conversation.
However, as some reviews indicate, experience can occasionally vary, particularly concerning service. While many appreciate the staff’s energy, a handful have noted instances of less-than-optimal interactions. Nevertheless, the overwhelming sense of camaraderie and goodwill permeates the café, making it a worthy stop on your culinary journey.
In conclusion, Coffee Circus stands out for its excellent coffee, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere. It’s a cozy retreat from the urban hustle—a canvas where every coffee cup tells a story. Whether you’re on a solo work mission, looking to catch up with friends, or simply wish to indulge in a moment of serenity with a great book, this café is your perfect companion.

I love this place so much, they’re so friendly and they make the best coffee. Also the food is really good - I definitely recommend!

Lovely cosy and relaxed atmosphere, with soothing music playing in the background. Great place to read a book / journal. Had a mocha which was nicely presented and well-balanced (although I would have preferred slightly stronger notes of coffee and chocolate).

We had a lovely cappuccino and apple juice here earlier on. They have a decent selection of pastries and the cafe itself is really atmospheric, there's a rustic, hipstery feel to a place. However, it's quite expensive (7.10 for a cappuccino and an apple juice) and some of their staff have a bit of an attitude...

Such a lovely cafe to visit, the atmosphere was calming and warm and welcoming at the same time. You can really switch off and focus on whatever you're doing away from the hustle and bustle outside. It has lots of cosy spots and nooks to grab a seat in. Food was great and really good value - desserts looked lovely but I was too full to try. Can't wait to visit again. Lovely spot to read the paper or do admin - but make sure you give them business and buy something!

A local coffee shop with a great selection of coffee—highly recommend! Excellent service, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere."

One of my favourite cafes in London. Good coffee, friendly staff, beautiful food. The space has a cozy feel and a good vibe. The French toast is fantastic!

Lovely independent coffee house offering pastries, breakfast and lunch options. The coffee is very nice, and they have a variety of tea options too. It was busy when we visited (mid morning in a Saturday), however there was a reasonable turn around on tables. There's also art displayed for purchase from local artists.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, at least since 2013. First with friends, now with my kids for babychinos in the morning before dropping them to school. Aside from the coffee, which is always excellent, the guys who work here are fantastic people. Really welcoming, cool, just good energy all round with good music playing in the background. I’ve seen plenty of staff come and go over the years, but it’s clear the person who runs this place pays attention to the vibe. Because coffee, at the end of the day, is never just about coffee. It’s about experience and human contact. And here you get that.
